SANKOL AG-2386 acid gold plating process can produce a coffee colored gold alloy deposit with shining reddish brown color. Moreover, its hardness is higher than pure gold deposit that provides high wear resistance. The process is designed for flash gold plating purpose. The solution is stable, high tolerance to impurities and has a long life time. Thus, it can be widely used in metal ware, jewelry, watches and clocks industry
Each unit of SANKOL AG-2386 Coffee-colored Acid Gold Make-Up Solution is divided into TWO parts
-Part A (Product Code:AG2386MUA) 2L concentrated solution
-Part B (Product Code:AG2386MUB) 2L concentrated solution
The above mentioned parts can make-up 5 liters of new solution, but it does not contain gold. Gold salt is added to the bath as gold potassium cyanide (68.3%) which dissolved into hot deionized water or distilled water before adding to the bath.
For make up 100 Lit of new plating solution, 20 unit of Make Up A+B ( equivalent to 40 Lit of Make Up Part A plus 40 Lit of Make Up Part B）are required .
Replenisher R-1 is used to produce redder deposit and its dosage is 0.5-1cc/L
Replenisher R-2 is used to produce darker deposit and its dosage is 0.5-1cc/L
