Automatic Stepwise Rinsing Line with Electrolytic Passivation Tank Surface Support and Double-Chain Upper Return System
In addition to the standard features of a conventional double-chain upper-return automatic stepwise rinsing line with tank surface support, this system is specifically designed to meet the process requirements for electrolytic degreasing or electrolytic passivation within pre-treatment or post-treatment stages. To enable these electrolytic functions, corresponding tanks are equipped with busbar brushing electrification devices on the hanging rods.
