SANKOL HG24K is a mild acid gold plating process that produces a 24 Kt gold alloy deposit. This system can operate within a wide current density range to provide a mirror-bright deposit with a hardness range of 160-180 Vickers, and a thickness of up to 10 microns or more. The SANKOL HG24K deposit has a uniform color, is very ductile, and is corrosion-resistant, making it particularly suitable for jewelry or decorative applications. Additionally, it has the good solderability and conductivity, making it suitable for electronic functional plating. Both rack and barrel plating processes can use this system. It is highly stable and easy to control.
