Nickel stripper No.379 is a dry powder compound used for stripping nickel and cadmium from iron. To use, simply dissolve the compound in a sodium cyanide solution. When nickel stripper No.379 is used as described below, the original surface finish of stripped parts remains unaffected, thus eliminating or greatly reducing the need for rebuffing.
