Nickel Stripper 378 is a dry powder compound used for stripping nickel and cadmium from copper and copper-based alloys. To use, simply dissolve the compound in water containing sulfuric acid. When Nickel Stripper 378 is used as described below, the original surface finish of stripped parts remains unaffected, thereby eliminating or greatly reducing the need for rebuffing. This feature leads to lower costs compared to anodic-sulfuric acid stripping.
