Pd-F is a newly developed pure palladium plating process that can produce a white palladium deposit with a purity of up to 99.9%. The use of pure palladium plating, instead of nickel-palladium plating, is suitable for non-nickel plating purposes, and it can achieve a thickness of up to 0.5 microns. The plating solution is mildly alkaline, making it suitable for rack plating.
