S.F. Semi-Bright Nickel Plating Process is a new sulfur-free nickel- plating process which produces a very ductile, moderately-bright deposit with good leveling. The process is used as the initial layer in multi-layer nickel-plating over bright or buffed copper on steel, zinc die castings and polished steel. With satisfactory thickness, These combination deposits give excellent corrosion resistance (especially in SETP. CASS and Corrodkote testing). Regular batch purification treatment are not required.
