This high-efficiency equipment for purifying residual paint mist in spray-painting exhaust air is built upon a conventional water curtain spray booth by integrating a "Pneumatic Mixed-Flow Exhaust Purification System." Under the traction force of the exhaust fan, the paint-laden exhaust is tangentially introduced into a high-speed mixed-flow cyclone device. Centrifugal force within the cyclone device facilitates a gas-liquid emulsification reaction, thoroughly merging and absorbing the paint mist with the swirling liquid, thereby increasing its density. Subsequently, by utilizing the principle of circumferential inward motion to attenuate rotational energy, the denser paint mist is effectively removed.
